i've bought Half Life 2 retail version and i have a problem:
my account is disabled!!!is there anyone who knows how to ask the reactivation of the steam account and consent me to play my game???
i have my cd key and the receipt of the registration of the product.
if someone knows how to repair to this mistake,pls help me!!!
i have also called the assistance number on the box but there is noone.

cd-keys are nice to have, but sometimes confusing to read... sometimes O's can look like 0's... i dunno, just a thought...

sorry but this weeks i've been to university and i haven't read the responses to my question.
i want to know if there is a section where i can put my cd key or my receipt code to prove that i have my legal copy of the game and so have my account back.

You can better mail those @#&!à of Valve directly. If they don't reply, mail them again, and continue sending them an email every damn day untill they help you.

You bought the game, you should have an account. Period.

i've also called to vu-games (italy) but no response.

ya thats steam for ya, same thing happend to me, i rang support , emailed and i rang again, eventually i just got pissed off and took the game back and made a big fuss about how pathetic STEAM was!!!, if ya ask me it ain't worth ya time mambros (but thats just my opinion)
