Half life 2 is incomplete!! -_-!

There's a big problem! I have install half life 2 on my pc ..and I have skip registration windows.....
Now What I have? A Steam\valve\ dir! I haven't hl2.e*e I have only a dir where there's gcf.. files!

Then.. I'm so happy that there's a patch for the activation but where I can find exe file and the rest of file that hl2 download when is activated from stem?

Log into steam, click play games, right click on half life 2 and either select launch game or download final components and unlock. Restart your computer and half life 2 will be in your start/programs menu! What you said does not make great sense anyways. If you illegally downloaded the half life 2 files read the rules- http://www.mgforums.com/rules/rules.php

I haven't download illegal versione If I have do it Now i'm still playng!! I have buy ITALIAN version and I want use it on another pc for try a more faster video hardware !

the half-life2.exe is in there somewhere. i would like to pin point it more but i'm at work and only have counter strike:source.

The files are there, you have to login to your steam account to unlock the files so they can be used. The first time you use steam on the box click play games and a smaller box will appear with your steam user name and some games under it, double click on half life 2 and it will unlock the files on your pc. But they are there, just cant see them till you use your steam account for the first time. Its part of the copy protection.
