Hi, I can play many new games such as HL2, but when I try Vampire the Masquerades: Bloodlines I get a "signal frequency out of range" monitor error. Ive tried playing with my refresh rates but it looks like it is trying to run 98 Hz horizontal and my monitor only does 96. I have tried running the game in safe mode. I also dled my monitor drivers. Any ideas? Thanks.

Rigth click on desktop-> properties -> settings -> advanced and see if you have there some option to force a desired refresh rate

I did that too and I still get the same error! It says out of sink. And it wont start. i went to dxdiag and then overide and put in a refresh rate then I tried it, and it gave me a C++++ Runtime error. I duno wat to do wasted money on it for nothing, my pc well exceeds the requirements.
