Sure anyone could buy it.
I'm living in Poland. The game price is 10% of our averege earning. I've got less than 800 zł (230 USD) per month, so i cannot afford a game, which costs 170 zł (50 USD).
If the game is good, sure i'll buy it (collecting the money in few months), but first i would like to test it.
