Unreal Tournament Multyplayer

I have a question about the patch witch i've download on this server: (Patches > Pc games > U > Unreal Tournament 2003 > Game fixes > Unreal Tournament 2003 b927
gimpsRus - enable hosting and joining multiplayer games.)

I've download it, and when you unzip it you get 2 files :
-Engine.dll
-Gruut23mp.nfo

There isn't a readme. so what to do now ?
Could enyone help me, so i could play on internet with Unreal Tournament 2003?

The nfo file is the readme m8 but all u need to do is replace the engine.ddl file in ure ut folder with the cracked one
