Can`t install Rome Total War

I cant install Rome. When I come to the place where I am supposed to change to cd 2. I put in cd 2 and press ok and it tells me again to place cd number 2 in the drive

when you are originally prompted insert cd 2, wait about 45 seconds, and then press ok.

most game installers are horrible about cd detection.

Aramis: Put in cd2 and look at your My Computer if the cd2 label doesnt show on your drive after insert then you may have auto-notification, etc turned off. Hence why it may not recognise that cd2 is in the drive as such.

Schick: From another thread about someone not gaining a CD Key from a game purchase, you mentioned "dangers of not pirating games". Let me enlighten you, Piracy is the act of illegally SELLING software not having ISO/Rips/Cracked copies, there is a big difference.

And the forums doesnt support warez so please stop with the "I Love warez" attitude that you have it doesnt belong here goto a warez forum for that im sure they will love your enthusiasm and misguided knowledge you have ;)

Its quite possible that perhaps your CD2 is damaged in some way:( , get it replaced :)

But in the mean time, copy both cd's into a folder on your HD and install from there. See if that will allow it in the mean time :)
