Doh bad luck :(

You should deffo go to the store or if that won't help, contact the game company in which your case didn't work

Keys are often on manuals, maybe you never got one ?

haha you got served, another danger of not pirating games.

also, 95% of stores wont refund/replace open games.

Have you checked inside the manual? Some games have the keys printed or stuck onto the manuals.

If the game is defective, if it contains an invalid serial, or no serial, they will accept a refund for the same game.

MangoMan, take it back to the store, explain and show them that there is no CD Key and ask to exchange for the same exact game.

Recently a customer came to me, telling me the key for the game they just bought was invalid. I tested it out on our computer at work, and sure enough it was invalid, so I gave them a copy of the same game. Point is, it does happen sometimes.

Maybe some other guy opened the case, and took the CD-Key...
As said, I really think the store will exchange the game.

Some idiot should be stealing the keys from the store, the problem with newest games of atari is that they put a crappy sticker with serial on the manual (not printed directly on the back)

Its what kids and others do now, they arent just happy stealing stuff from publishers/developers in the form of software but now they will steal from the average joe who will be unfortunate enough to buy the game (sometimes they just write down the serial and someone buys it and cant use online)
