Open folder Data, find 2 files export_descr_buildings.txt and export_descr_unit.txt. You can edit any information about units and constructions like cost, time to build, unkeep cost... Be careful, if you make any mistakes, the game will crash! And don't set construction time is 0. After editting, you'll have to start a new game.
Excellent!.
But what do i change if i want to keep my upkeep low for my troops?
All i see in the unit.txt is a bunch of numbers, not really anything i know about.
p.s - gosh that unit list is long, think a trainer that'll change em all for you instantly whould be so much easier, heh.
One can only hope! :/

To change unkeep cost, find stat_cost and edit a third column. But i'm not really sure, you should read a faq on the top of that file because it include many good information.
P/s: i'm not English so my E skill not really good. Hope you'll understand what i said.

I don't know, may be... yes. If you change any unit information or construction information of other factions, i think it'll effect in game.

Would this effect other roman factions? Can they build with the same speed?
stat_cost, thanks.
Dont think it'll effect every army/country if you only change the ones with the title "roman", so only the romans are effected...
List is super long tho...

I changed stat_health (hastati's hit points) to 9. Result: they're nearly invisible. You should try this, great fun!

Why have i kill them? First, i always serve the S.P.Q.R. Second, i just fight the other Roman factions when the Curia Reform even happen (they can't train Hastati).
P/s: do you know why some cheats of this game are useless (invisible_general, capture_settlement...)?

Ah.. some cheats are just not worth trying.. I just go for the crucial ones.. like money and stuff..
One question. After you edit the buildings & unit files, do you experience game crashes? Mine did after like 6 turns. And when it crash, it does not come back to the desktop. It gives me a blank screen. Any suggestion will help.
