If someone is seriously getting into website design, I'd strongly suggest learning how to code cascading style sheets (.css) files. As a web designer, they will become your best friend. I'll provide two links to sites that will help you on your way:

hmmmm......Photoshop CS2 shipped May, 2005 (actually April 29th is when some people got it-early). On average, new versions comes at about every 18 month...so if you do the math you will see :).
