I have a problem with importing a excel file into outlook contacts.

When I import using the import/export tool of Outlook 2002, it imports the contacts fine but it imports them Last Name, First Name.

I need it to be first, last. I think it has to do with the importing from excel to outlook process.

On the attached picture, i will show the setting I have in Outlook, so i think the problem is with excel or something.

I am importing using .csv files.

Any one know how to make it First Name and then last name, so I don't have to change all the contacts manually?

just change the option in your pic to first, last and it should do it for you. thats if they imported correctly. or use my template to copy and paste ur details into it.
