Running XP How do I shut off them stupid balloons that popup from the notification area? Them things are about as useful as nipples on a bull.

I remove it every time i do a clean install along with the microsoft help service :D

The prog that the site refers to "GPEDIT.MSC"Is in the pro edition And I have home.
