My ISP hates ME???????

I would like to know if ISPs can monitor there members, the reason I ask this is because when Im online I only seem to get disconnected at a critical time like when a huge download reaches 90% complete or Ive just found something great and just about to look at it then whamo Im dissonected!

What info does the ISP see when you surf the net and download?, do they know a certain member when they log on?

This is very annoying as Im not eceeding my download limit or time as I have no limits.

If you ISp cancel your downloads simply change to another ISp there are too many companies

yes they can monitor what you are doing because i know someone who works for bt.
