So heres the story -i have 2 pc's conneted together thru a d-link router ( thats of course how i connect to the net (cable modem hooked up 2 the router). Obviously i have an internet connection ,all is working well but yesterday i noticed that my Outlook 6 isnt sending emails anymore on my both PC's , but i can receive mails. heres the error message that i get:

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'poczta.interia.pl', Server: 'poczta.interia.pl', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

I have two different Mail accounts and on both its the same thing , i can send emails from the web site , i didnt change any settings in outlook , i didnt do anything with the router...

This just in---- a friend of mine has diffrent mail accounts and also cant send emails , could this be an ISP problem????He lives a couple blocks away , and has the same Isp as me...( Optimum online) this is so weird .
