burning dreamcast backup's

i was wondering which is better quality as far as audio and graphics? is it .nrg format which is nero format or .cdi which is disc juggler format. please feel free to share any and all information that could help me out

imho it makes no difference which format, it's just an image of the same data...

I'd rather use nero though cos DJ has problems with my machine sometimes.
