BF 1942-Serial Number

hi all together,
I bought BF 1942, but when I try to play DC online it dont accept my serial number, can somebody tell me why?

two weeks ago I played DC online and had no problems but now I can´t.

Did you use any online cheats? Did you break any rules or something? Maybe your key got banned.
I suggest you contact them, ask what's going on, and if you did something wrong, get a new key.
