Beeps during the P.O.S.T

I just put my older gameing comeputer (incase I get the urge to whip out some of my older games and play) in a new case. And now when I try to power the thing on it beeps for times and shuts off. I've got a Soyo Sy-K7vta with the VIA chipset....I can't find out what the four beeps mean. Even on their own web site they don't have it listed. Oh, and No video either....

Is the video card properly seated?

yeah thats what i thought too, I took it out blew out the AGP port with some air and used some Alcho. to clean off the connections on the card. Still same old same old..

Well, shouldn't take too much effort to just reseat everything right? Was it working before or has it been not working since you transferred it?

yeah i took out all the cards, blew out the PCI slots, even swapped the Ram out from another computer (yeah I checked it's the same type and speed)...i just wish i could find out what the damn beeps meant....drives me nuts!! the things got all my MP3's on it!!
