Vice City Crack

So I've been playing my game for a while now, and decided to bite the bullet and get a no cd crack. I saved it to my vice city folder, but there's a problem when I run it. The intro starts and the movie plays. But where a load screen normally occurs it says "please insert your vice city cd or press esc. to cancel". Can anybody tell me how to fix this? Or point me in the direction of a crack that will not have this issue?

Have you used correct version on crack ?
You should get latest patch and crack if you haven't.

call me a noob if you will, but where do i find my game version? It's driving me nuts because i've wanted to play the game on pc for a while now, and i finally found my case but only my install disc is in it. I'm guessing I left my game disc at home.

I Know exactly what your problem is and i am going to help you fix.

Have faith and follow my instrutions below.

1. Uninstall GTA-VC from your harddrive.

2. Once Uninstall is complete. Put your GTA-VC Installation disc back into the drive and reinstall it.

3. At some point during the process you will be asked if you want to install the Radio Stations Untick the box next to this option because you dont want to install them now we will install them manually later on.

3. Once In stallation Has finished you can now Crack it with your NoCD file.
Do not start the game yet!!!!

4.We now need to manually install the Radio Station files. On Your Harddive.
Right click your desktop then select new/New Shortcut

The create New Shortcut wizard will open. In TheText Box Copy then paiste the pathname below,

C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City\Audio

Click Next then finish.
now on your dektop you will find a new shortcut called Audio.

Here is the last bit i promise :)

5. With your GTA Disc2 In the drive Open My Computer and Right click the drive with The GTAVC Disc 2 In And select Explore. the disc will open displaying the files on the disc.

9. Find the folder called "Audio" and double click to open it. You will now be looking at a whole bunch of audio files.

10. In the top left corner of the Audio Folder window find and click "Edit" from the dropdown list at the bottom click "select all" All the files in the audio folder will now be highlighted.
Click on just one of the files and hold down your mouse button You can now drag and drop all the audio files off of the game disc into the shortcut to your installed games "Audio" folder you created onyour desktop ealier.

11. Once all he files has copyed your now ready to play the game wih NoCD for real.

The Trouble with GTA Vice city is that All The Radio Station Files And Several Others Are Kept on Disc 2.So If you choose to install Radio Station Files During GTA VC Setup Then You need the disc in the drive for the game to access them.The Game won't Install them to hard drive even though it leads you to beleive so they stay on the disk and GTA-VC accesses them from there. I Future remember to NOT Coose to install the radio stations during setup.Then Transpher them manually after the game installer has finished.

I Guess i'd better start up a website you would not beleive the amount of help requests i get from people with Gaming,Software,And Hardware problems.
