CoD:United Offensive ERROR!

I just installed CoD:UO and went to go to newgame it was loading then a error message came up "Script error see consle for details" I went into consle and i saw this error. "WARNING: could not read shader type file 'shadertypes/2d/menu.stype' Anyone know what the deal is here? I have a GeForce FX 5900 card.

Ya i had a nocd crack. I noticed in the main menu there is no background either weird. This is for CoD: UO not suffering
