trojan horse

hi unfortunately i got a trojan horse on my computer, ive tries getting rid of it with norton antivirus but to no avail, just keeps telling file cannot be accessed, what can i d o to get rid of it. thanks for any help in advance

Get/run spysweeper, it also removes some trojan horses.
