I have been wandering around this site looking at all the post with reguard to making your own no-cd .exe's but i can't seem to get the hang of this! I have been trying this out on Halo 1.05 with no luck at all ........ i love this game and i have been not able to play since the new update was released witch sux ! but yeah i was just wandering if someoen could maybe help me out a lil bit here .......... i been working on this for about 4 hours now ....... been using hiew and win32asm8.9 the programes were easy to use and i have went through every file in the halo directory and can not find the things the turtioul said i need to find ........... any help appreciated please ! :angryfire

That's because MS has encoded the script. I tried cracking it myself but it's like the newer games... Encoded over and over again... Someone really good should take it upon themselves and crack it. Let's hope they do :). It's really lame having to put the cd in all the time... I mean I watch movies and stuff and the freaking CD can get scratched... (Happened to my Jedi Academy CD2 and since then I've been using no cd cracks)

If there is not crack for that patch maybe could downgrade the version of halo re-install it and using a earlier crack version
