How can i change languages from a modded Xbox

I modded my Xbox via Spllinter Cell save with evox hack

but, when in games i am stuck with english language with no option to change it
i know this can be changed with the original MSDash
but i dont have it
some friends are stuck with Spanish language and all of their games run in Spanish

i prefer english in my games, but i want to have an option to change language as i originally did

is there a dashboard that allow to do that?
or a program or aplication that let you change languages in your games

Put the ms dash back in somewhere, and link to it from evox
