How do you merge a lot of directories?

Is there a program or a way to add files in different directories to a large number of folders with the same names as the original folders without overwriting/not copying them? i use deadaim on two computers of mine, and i just want to merge the 2 logs in the my documents folder, but instead of copying conversations one by one for each folder, i'd like to move them all at once. is there a function in windows to do this?

Not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for but I use syncback to help keep my laptop and my desktop up to date with each other regarding office documents etc.
