Forgot Password for RAR Archive, please help!

A few years ago I archived some important data using winrar, the problem is I have completly forgotton the password I used to encrypt the archive with.

I really need to extract the files and I cannot get this data again.

Is there anyway to extract the files, maybe a program can do it?

Whoops Ive made a big mistake, the archive is a ZIP, I have winrar that lets you archive in both rar and zip form, so I actually need a program or something
that can remove or recover a ZIP password.

I don`t know if there`s good freeware prog for password recovery for .zip or .rar
Trial versions have limited lenght, about 2-6 letters, I think.
