you mean an original xbox hd? beats me.
as far as I know you can put in any hard drive if you're upgrading it. And using Slayer's evox cd will set it up for you.

Yes I think so, I put a 120GB Western Digital drive in my bro's xbox and had no problems whatsoever. Just backup your old drive to your PC, swap drives, boot up slayer's disc then choose the format new big drive. DONE!
Then transfer whatever you want from your backup (saves and stuff) and you're good to go.

Wish I had the money.
tbh i'd buy a 200gb actually.

there is some 137GB limit I think. it can be bypassed I'm pretty sure but I don't know how.

can you tell me where u got ur hard drive and model number ect so I can buy same one

m8 if you have yet to notice he is in the US, you are UK... claiming rebates wouldnt work for non US residence so theres probably no use getting it from the store he did

if you're thinking about the rebate, that was about a month ago. I doubt its still available.

Make sure the drive you get can be locked because you need a locked drive to go on Xbox Live.
