me and a faw of my friends are starting a project : a mod for C&C generals. he is doing the moddeling , and I am doing the texture stuff. PLEAS answear mje : what program shell I use for making textures ? and a tutorail would be VERY Nice . PLEASE . help me out in this one. :turn:
