A while ago I decided to start my own site.
I have a layout, that's no problem because I'm fluent in HTML and CSS
The only problem is I need to make a CSS for my staff. *groans*
I have a php book but in order to make a CSS you have to know pritty advanced PHP.
Does anyone know any good sites to go to or books to read to be able to make a CSS?
