xbox Modding

Hey, I am new to this site and new to owning an xbox have played them many times but just got one and am getting ready to mod it. Has anyone here modded anything besides a mod chip and the hard drive mod?

There are software exploits that load a bios into ram, with no hardware needed. There are no clockloop issues, and the xbox boots straight into evox, or mxm, or whatever dash you choose, thru various bios loaders, so changing youir bios is as simple as dropping a new bios file in the needed directory. Check out xbox-scene's forums in the xbe exploit section. Look up UDE & UDE2. Very simple. No need to open your box & void the warranty, unless you want a bigger hdd :)
