playstsation 2 console help please read if you ever tooken your console apart

hello i consider this an emergency because it needed to fix something if not i apologize to the moderators this type of question maynot belong here but can someone please help me thanks

heres situation

about 2 weeks i ordered a mod-chip and did something very stupid i did not know how to install it but figured i give it a try so i opend the the silver cord the connects to the place wehere the rese and eject button are fell off from the other end so i need to know where it hooks up to if someone can please help me thanks

You need to give us more info.

Exactly what's wrong, and what happens when you boot the PS2.
Which modchip did you install, and which version of the PS2 do you have.

All yo uneed to do is flip the console over and take out the screws to open it. (this voids your warranty so you may want to be certain you are ok with that before doing it)
