Spellforce: D3D(4603)error

when I tried to play this game, it gave me this error straight away, and then the game exit..
tried reinstalling it..but still doesn't work..

anyway can help me?

okay. wot are the specs of ur pc??
have you updated directX?? plus sound and graphic drivers??

512MB DDRAM
9600XT graphic card (updated latest driver)
Integrated sound card(updated latest, though I don't need sound though)
HDD space: 38GB left

directx: 9.0b

well..already updated and had looked through that forum...apparently, it doesn't solve my problem
