DVD-R drive won't read dvd-rs

For some reason my dvd burner will no longer read dvd-rs, i know its not the discs because they used to read no problem and when i check the device manager it says my burner is working properly??, any ideas i really need help on this one :redno:

Crack your case open, verify the jumper settings, check the connections, etc.

Update the Firmware to the latest version :)
