Cant download fixes

Everytime i click on the fix it refreshes the page as it was wen i first clicked on it.

The servers are up and running. when it says "download started..." right click-->save the link and see if that works for you.

AND I noticed you can better turn off pop up killers too. The download opens in a new window sometimes and some pop up killers see that as a pop up, thus stopping it.
