what does this mean ?

When playing ground control 2 I get an error message box that says "access violation impossible to read from... etc." It only happens just after the beginning of mission 6 (terran). My specs: athlon xp 2700+, geforce fx5700, 512 m° ddr , winxp pro, dx 9.0b, forceware drivers 56.72, mobo abit kt400.
Any idea ? Thks in advance

where is it having problems to read?? that bit does kind of help.
reinstall it. if there is a patch for the game go get it. update ur chipset drivers and sound.

I think it's a memory error... not sure tho. Try the standard stuff first: reinstall, patch, etc..
