GTA Vice City Cheat help

Ok, I know the cheats, there avalible on every cheat site, but I can't find how to enter them any where. Help?

Haven`t played this game but normally code is entered by bringing down textbox in game: type code + hit enter

cheats ??? heres some advise if you use cheats in vise city then you will only get 99% complete instead of 100 .and some cheats will stuff the game up too ( riot ect )
don't use them if you can or if you have the ps2 game then get an action replay and cheat using that ( won't count as a cheat and complete % won't be affected )

1. If this code is enabled when there is damage on your car, the meter will be reset to zero without changing the visible effects of the damage.
2. You will not be able to fly a helicopter correctly when this code is activated.
3. Also, if you change your appearance, you cannot pick up any "shirt icons" (at Rafael's, Laundromat, Collars and Cuffs, etc.) or the game will freeze. You cannot change into a pedestrian costume while in a vehicle or in a special outfit (you must get "street" clothes).
4. The women will drop guns when they are killed.
5. Aim your gun at someone and they will attack your target.
