well , that's the thibg: I got norton internet security 2004 pro , and I have some kind of virus that don't allow me to open the norton internet security 2004 pro (this incloud the perseonal firewell pro , and antivirus 2004 pro)
useuly the norton internet security 2004 pro is starting it's auto protection right on start up , not not now . I think that it have something with a file that I have dawnloeded on the E-mule about an hour befor. since than all the problams have begon :graynone: . the file called : "desert rats vs afrika korps cheatpack" . so... if anyone know haw to fix the problem , please make a replay.all the help I have tried to get on symantec.com needed to do a full system scan. but I can't do it beacus I can't open my antivirus!!!!! so please help. :graynone: :graynone:

Get/use another virus prog to check you pc, do adware/spyprog checks too,
install norton again if possible.

Use regedit to find any mention to that file, and remove if found any.
Don`t remove anything if you aren`t sure :)

try here http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ run the scan it will scan and remove if possible the viruses and if it cant remove it will tell you the names of them and you can then download the removal tool and run that in safe mode to remove them

OR you can go to google and search Ad-Aware I don't know the site that's why I said search, but that may help

boot your pc up in safe mode and see if you can load it in there
