I am trying to import Excel information into Outlook. Has anyone here ever does this before? I have found things online about it but I can't get it to work. If anyone has done it, can you explain it to me?

I have a database af about 70 names,(it is in excel) I am updating it this Sept. Since I am making a new one if September, what do you think I should do? What is comma seperated? .txt or what?

comma seperated is another form of excel
when you save ur excel spread sheet save it as a CSV file. outlook can read this. once you have done that u can import it, without any problems.

I had tried that before, but this is what happens: (attachment)
The only info I have in Book1 is in cell A1 I have "jeff" that is because I figured it would be easier to do if there was only one name.
THanks for your help so far
