Deus Ex invisible war crashes!

When i try to start DX2.exe it loads it a little time but then comes pop up: "Deus Ex - Invisible war has encountered a problem and needs to close." and when i click to see error report it says that application name is dx2main.exe. someone else having this same problem? know how to get it work? please help me!

have you updated your graphic/sound/directX/chipset drivers?? do u mean the requirments of the game?? are u using a no cd or orginal??
