internet and ping very bad

During the past few days my internet is very slow and my ping has become a joke compared to what it was last week,

i used hijack this and ad ware (no good) but its all bad

how can i fix this

1) You should clear all internet temporary files.
2) You should run the programs here http://www.mgforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=25628
3) Check with your ISP if they are causing this.
