Hello,
its been a while since i lasted posted on here.
Anyway to the point,

I have purcahhsed a elitegroup 661fx-m motherboard and can not get the sound to work. I have tried the latest driver and checked their site for bios updates for this problem and checked the bios settings and have not found the prob. I have tried running with win98 and now XP and both tell me that it is working. I have run the troubleshooter in XP and it doesn't find thhe prob.

By system is connected straight to a stereo which works and i have tested the comp. with plain comp. speakers.

If anyone can helkp it would be great.

By the way, this new look isn't good with me. not all of us have broadband and it takes me a couple of mins to juist load eachh page. Maybe you could have seperate layouts for dial-up and broadband.

Thankyou,
Wadeal

Are you sure all the connections are stable?
As for the "new look," you have control over skins in the User Control Panel. I have mine set to the original MGF style as well :)
