help about icq?

i need help about icq
will i'm not an old user of icq so i have two q i hope any one can answer them here
i want to know how to keep the non icq content and don't lose them as in case of reinstalling windows?
am using windows xp and have two users one is limited user how could i enable the limited user of opening the icq?

you can try this

Right-click the program’s file name or shortcut.
Click Advanced, click Run with different credentials, and then click OK.
Start the program.
When you receive a prompt, enter an administrative user ID and password.

dont share files with STRANGERS using ICQ........
u can be EASILY hacked!!!

if you mean the contact list it is autosaved on server, if you have the latest version of icq

several can use same icq account, but not same time
