I have a black border on my ps2 during th eps2 menu and in any games, the right hand line and left hand line have a bend a little to the left , its a bit like a badly adjusted pc monitor, it stays like this through games and is fine on dvds? sony dont know whats wrong and its annoying me as the ps2 was fine a few days ago until i purchased Gran Turismmo 3 off ebay stuck it in to try and noticed my screen was nackerd, quickly plugged in another game that was fine b4 and they are all the same
its about 1 year old, hardly used until now.

Did you change any settings on your PS2? When you do that and save it, it's just the same with time/date settings.

if theres something to change the center position and the screne and the hight and width where is it ? that would work
when i say its squint at the top i dont mean the picture its the left and right screen cut of points they are inverted live a badly adjuste dpc monitor and just black borders aswell, so if theres settings to change the screen display like a pc monitor then thats what i need

Settings are mostly saved on the memory card try to delete it.
On the main menu after power up, go into System Coniguration and cycle through the menu. In there is a screen size option. Change it so the border dissapears. Just try changing it back to 4:3 and see if that helps...
