Does anyone know where can I get a Mr. Whopee van (icecream van)??? I need it to finish the list of vehicles on Portland Harbor!

this 1 caused me a proble but all u have 2 do is do some firman missions(putting out cars) and in the end there will b a mr whopee van,Do this on the 1st island!
Just ask me if u need more help coz i love there game and have completed it all :grin2:
