call of duty help

i want to active console for sheatc for call of duty on the mg site it says "Create a shortcut and edit the properties of it and add this after all the other stuff: "+set monkeytoy 0 +set sv_cheats 1" (without the quotes)"

i tried this but it doesn;t work maybe im doing it wrong cal someone help?

+set thereisacow 1337 +set developer 1 +set sv_cheats 1 +set monkeytoy 0

in the target it says "C:\Program Files\Call of Duty\CoDSP.exe"
an i just stick it on the end of that dont i?

it isn;lt workign because after i click apply it says its unvalid?
maybe i doing it wrong

just make that line look like: "C:\Program Files\Call of Duty\CoDSP.exe" +set thereisacow 1337 +set developer 1 +set sv_cheats 1 +set monkeytoy 0
or
"C:\Program Files\Call of Duty\CoDSP.exe +set thereisacow 1337 +set developer 1 +set sv_cheats 1 +set monkeytoy 0"

kool i thought it had to be in the "" it worked this far no il try the cheats.
