DivX / Xvid WS & FS

I was reading that FS divx/xvid movies use more bits up than a WS version,so the FS version will look more pixelly as when groups encode them they dont take into account that they need more bits = a bigger file sizel..
So WS versions r better to get. Just in case anyone didnt know.
