any news on the dreamcats emu front?

ive been looking for a DC emu for quite some time, but am yet to find one that plays commercial games(i really wanna replay shenmue, and i actually threw my DC in a fit of rage) ive looked at dream emu but havent gottenit to work..somone told me its a fake...ive heard good things about icarus, and i was wondering if theyve released anything yet. if anyone has news on ANY good DC emus lemme know

I believe I read where you will actually have to have a special version of windows, which makes it so less people are even interested in developing it because of the cost. Some emulators claim to, but I tried many also. Would be nice, I have some good games and my DC burned out.
