will cms's support flash?

If you want to insert a swf or flash manually you should be able to do that with any of them.

The more popular ones are PHP Nuke (http://www.phpnuke.com), Post Nuke (http://www.postnuke.com/index.php?module=Navigation) and Mamboserver (http://www.mamboserver.com/)

i found http://www.nukedgallery.net/ and it is suppoesed to support gallerys, but its conufsing

php nuke gallery isat nukecops http://nukecops.com and nuke is te most insecure you can hack it with ease...
i would rather use a forum like phpBB or VBuletin and make my own portal in php since phpnuke is a very good knowen source by hackers...
