Homeworld 2 trainer

okay, here goes. i got homeworld 2 recently, and i found the good old +6 trainer from outcast for it. i put it in the correct directory, but the trainer isnt working. i managed to get past the "cannot find main program.exe" by putting autorun exe in the same area as the trainer. but the trainer's functions itself wont work. does anyone know how to get outcast's homeworld 2 trainer to work?

i doubt its corrupt. got it off of gamewinners. thanks for the alternate link. i'll give it a shot. but can anyone tell me how they got outcasts homeworld 2 trainer to work? i think i might not be working it right. the problem i see it is that the trainer wont run the game with the desktop shortcut. but thats the ONLY way to activate it without taking the autorun file from the CD, which the trainer works with. is there something i am doing wrong?

pity. and seeing that Homeworld 2 isnt exactly recent, i doubt anyone ELSE will help. and unfourtunatly gamershell gives my internet ..well...hell! most pages dont load. i'll get it from there eventualy. untill then, requests for help still up!
