Bad news with the new Cd Protection of Sacred

I have bad news for you guys out there plz translate it in english

Ab den neuen beta patch läuft sacred nicht mehr weil ein neuer Sicherheitsssystem eingebaut wurde.

Ich habe folgendes herausgefunden:

Wenn man sacred startet schaltet das spiel den RMPS modus bei Dameon Tool aus.
Wenn jemand weis wie man das umgehen kann oder fixen kann dann sagt bitte bescheid und noch eine frage dürfen die das denn überhaupt?
Ich meine das Dameon Tool ist doch ein Copyright geschütztes Programm oder zählt das Copyright gesetz in diesem falle nicht? :blacpuz

With the new patch ( i think he means the beta patch that is available in german already ? ) Sacred won't be starting anymore since there is a new security system involved.

I discovered the following:

If you start Sacred it disables the RMPS emulation of the Daemon Tools.
If someone knows how to workaround or fix this, please post. And there is one question: Are they allowed to do this ?
I think Daemon Tool is a copyrighted program and corresponding laws should apply ?

Ich denke das, nachdem ich nun über 10 Stunden gespielt habe und erst ca. 4% der Spielkarte entdeckt habe, dass das Spiel definitiv sein Geld wert ist und ich keinen Grund sehe das Spiel ohne Original Cd zu spielen ... sofern man diese besitzt...

I personally think after playing this game for over 10 hours and having discovered only about 4 % of the map that this game is definitely worth its money and i do not see any reason why you should not play the game with its original cds.... as long as you own it...

indeed, i have 1.6 and i cant get any of the tricks to work. its fair play by ascaron, but annoying nonetheless.

I tried to revert back to patch 1.5, but I can't install the patch without doing update
patch downloaded from site doesnt work for some reason
do anyone know why?

Ya, you probably have the uk version and are trying to update with the american 1.5 patch, download the 1.5 uk eng version. Reinstall the game and update from a downloaded 1.5 uk patch file.(DONT RUN UPDATE)
