is there any way i can play dvd`s without buying a remote??

iv`e owned my x-box 4 a while now but was shocked to see that it wouldn`t play dvd`s without having 2 buy the dvd play back kit unlike the playstation 2. is there any way that i can get round this 2 playback dvds??

Yes ,get it modded then use dvd x 2 to play them.Other than that get the dvd remote.
