Help!!! Flashing green & orange

I have just installed An Apple X V modchip and when I turned Xbox on all I get is flashing green to orange to green etc. I unsoldered modchip but still flashing the same. Have I stuffed it?

If you put the modchip back on and check/verify the solder points, you should still be able to fix it.
