this might be a silly question, whats the difference between a no cd crack and a back up cd. i was looking to get a no cd for operation flashpoint but there was only back up cd. do they work the same way

no-cd crack/patch allows you to install your game to hdd - then add the patch making it not necessary to have your original in the drive - keep it stored for keep-sake

back-up crack/patch helps to burn a copy of your game allowing you to use the copy and keep your original for keep-sake.

hmm at me backup cd normaly works like a no cd crack (those ive tried).

but i think the difference is the following, like explained above:
no cd: well you can play the game without any cd/dvd in drive...
backup cd: its similar to no cd but you still need the cd in drive, but it doesnt check if the game is an original

a few groups often release a backup cd crack with there release, and then they release the no cd crack extra, because they often got stolen by other groups. so they want prevent others having the "honor" of releasing a no cd crack, although they didnt crack the game.
